For new memberships or renewals complete this form. Please provide all of your current contact information, even if we already have it (we are building a database to replace the current roster).

When you submit the form: you will receive a page with payment options. Annual dues (January-December) are $80, with discounts for men under 25, those living more than 50 miles away, and members of other Nation of Men chapters. We also make special arrangements for men for whom full dues are a hardship.
